Viewing Modes

You can view Galleries in two modes: slideshow or manual.

The slideshow mode allows viewing a gallery as a video where images change from one to another automatically in the pace set by the OMS author. With each new frame an audio starts playing and a text pops up (if the frame contains such accompanying information).

By default, the galleries are set for manual viewing.
  • In order to switch to slideshow mode click on the button play (1). This blocks the ability to manually scroll through images.
  • To return to the manual mode, you need to stop the slideshow mode by clicking on the button stop (2).

  • If you use the manual viewing mode (that is set by default), you can scroll through frames, forward or back, as follows:
  • place cursor on the current image, and you will see the back and forward arrows (3) on the sides of the frame.
  • click on respective arrow for moving to the next frame in desired direction.

  • When you open a new frame, an audio starts playing and a text pops up (if the frame contains such accompanying information).

In the manual mode there is also an option of accessing directly any frame you want. Click on the button icons (4) on the control panel of the gallery. You will see a series of thumbnails. Click on selected thumbnail to view the frame you want.

In case if an author was using one audio file for the entire gallery, it can be viewed only in the slideshow mode.
