This course presents, in a simple and easy to understand form, the information about all main aspects of owning a small hotel, from selecting and buying, to managing it, and finding the ways of improving its performance.

The course is intended for those who plan to buy or already own a small hotel (approximately 10 to 25 rooms) and who would like to gain more knowledge of what is involved in the operation of a hotel, how to organize its work, what things to keep an eye on, what problems to expect, and how to solve them.
This course is the result of an extensive experience of working with small hotels, combining practical advices of industry professionals with processing and adapting a vast amount of academic knowledge, including materials that are used for training hotel industry specialists.
The course materials are presented in two modes of study. The first mode is a short version of study materials provided in a compact form of a slide show with infographics, short texts and an audio. The second mode is a text with detailed explanation of the topic.
